Q - How do I care for my lingerie? A - For most of our lingerie items, we recommend gentle hand washing in cool water with mild detergent. After washing, either hand dry or lay flat on a mesh drying table. For our leather and vinyl pieces, clean gently by hand and pat dry or lay flat to air dry. Q - Is my order shipped discreetly? A - Yes, all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or store name on the outside. Your privacy is important to us.
Q - Can I exchange for a different size? A - If your item doesn't fit as expected, please refer to our return policy for information on returns and exchanges. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Q - How can I track my order? A - Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's progress on the carrier's website.

Q - How quick will I receive my order A - I ship items Monday through Friday. Typically if your order is before noon (EST) it will ship same day but I try to ensure each order is packaged and shipped within 1-2 days of your order. Most orders will ship USPS, please see my shipping policy for additional details. Please note, during peak season and holiday's shipping times are typically extended with all US shipping carriers. Please consider this when ordering.
